I will say that there is a handful of reviewers that seem to have had issues with one of the USB ports not working. But one of the more recent people with this issue indicated the 1-year warranty was easy to implement. Whenever someone in my group has a positive personal experience with a particular piece of gear, it weighs heavily into my choice to post it when it goes on sale (because, in short, my Facebook group is truly one of the nicest and most helpful places on the internet to get opinions on gear….and I’d say that even if I wasn’t biased!). 🙂
